Biography

Attorney Diana Aleman Martans is graduated from the Santa Maria La Antigua University, in which she obtained a degree in Law and Politics Science in the year 2000. Subsequently she obtained a Real State Broker License issued by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry. She is also a founding partner of the law firm Aleman Caballero & Candandedo and belongs to the National Union of Real State Brokers (UNACOBIN).

As a real state broker license, concentrates her practice in real state services such as Right of Possessions, Sales, Purchase Agreements, Government Permits, Research, Titlings and foreign investments among others.

Attorney Aleman, has also excelled in the areas of Labor, Immigration, Corporative, and Civil Law, advising national and foreign clients in the establishment, development, merges and acquisitions of their business.

Her long career includes management and advice to multinational companies in the areas of Administration and Human Resources, guaranteeing its clients the faithful fulfillment of labor and migratory regulations of our country.
